FLY FISHING CLINICS FOR 2012
FOR TROUT & SALMON ANGLERS
We will be running a series of clinics for 2012 for Trout and Salmon anglers.
These one-day clinics will be run over a 3 hour duration
and will focus on different techniques.
They are aimed at anglers who want to learn
or improve certain approaches and skills
and are limited to 5 anglers per clinic,
so that individual attention can be assured
The clinics are held on the River Liffey in Clane, Co. Kildare,
30 minutes from Dublin.
Listed below are the clinics which will be held Sat/Sun
(dates to be confirmed)
CLINIC 1 : River Wet Fly and Nymphing tactics.
€50.00 per person - (Sunday 4th March - 10am-1.00pm)
CLINIC 2 : River Dry Fly Fishing.
€50.00 per person. - (Sunday 1st April - 10am - 1.00pm)
CLINIC 3 : Fly casting for beginners and those wishing to improve their skills
€50.00 per person - (Sunday 18th March - 10am - 1.00pm)
CLINIC 4 : Salmon Fishing on small spate rivers where single handed rods
and small double handed rods are used.
€50.00 per person - (Sunday 25th March - 10am - 1.00pm)
CLINIC 5 : For Salmon Anglers fishing on larger rivers where longer
double handed rods are used with a selection of lines with different
densities are needed. Learn how to cast heavy sinking lines
and big tube flies to small flies and floating lines.
Find out the advanatages and disadvanatages of the longer spey line,
shooting heads and skagit lines.
€50.00 per person - (Sunday 11th March - 10am - 1.00pm)
Whether it is trout fishing on a small river to fishing for salmon on a larger
river at home or abroad, there is a clinic that will suit your needs.
